Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Ssjhgbiiy, operated by BEK Hongkong Limited. This Purchasing Agreement sets out the terms applicable to purchases made through our online store, including order acceptance, payment, product information, fulfillment, and delivery.

3. Order Submission, Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance or dispatch.

Ssjhgbiiy may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasonable operational reasons, including:

  • Unavailable inventory or stock discrepancies.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • Material pricing, description, or technical errors.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and care information across our Natural Cork, Soft Felt Collection, and Playful Silicone collections.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

  • Measurements: Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Minor manufacturing and measurement variations may occur.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact our support team. Claims will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Occasional errors may occur in product prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability information.

If a material error affects your order, Ssjhgbiiy may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the option to proceed with corrected information or receive a cancellation and refund.

We may correct inaccurate listings and update product information when an error is identified. Any cancellation or correction affecting an existing order remains subject to applicable law.

6. Inventory & Delivery Estimates

Stock information and delivery dates reflect estimates based on the information available when displayed.

  • Estimated Transit Time: International shipping generally takes 10–20 business days. Significant disruptions may extend delivery to approximately 30 business days or longer.
  • Potential Delays: Customs processing, carrier capacity, severe weather, public holidays, and other logistical disruptions may affect delivery.
  • Processing & Transit: Order processing time and shipping transit time are separate unless the applicable shipping information states otherwise.
  • Unavailable Items: If a purchased item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you regarding available options, which may include a refund for the affected item.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to their purchase.
